Service / Guarantee
All JACQUES FAREL hayfield watches are made with quality materials. Should there be any complaints or repair needed, we will find a solution. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced for a same or similar watch at the discretion of the Jacques Farel service center. Please be informed that the guarantee does not cover: the battery, case, strap. Nor does it apply to normal and daily wear and tear. This guarantee is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
